How do I prepare the prompt and references?
Separate the requested edit from the elements to preserve. For example, request a clothing color change while explicitly retaining the camera movement, setting and person’s position. Use supporting image references only when they clarify the change.

Change the jacket to dark blue. Keep the person’s pose, the background and the original camera movement. Apply the color consistently throughout the clip.
